If my phone is not iPhone or HTC U Ultra, can I still use Bear TA wireless charger?
If you have a cellphone of another brand (except iPhone 7 Plus & HTC U Ultra), please contact with BEAR TA, we will respond to you as soon as possible.
If I use a patch of a different brand with the BEAR TA Bottom, can it still work? Will it be in the same charging speed?
Yes, it can work. However, the charging speed will not be the same. Therefore, please use BEAR TA Bridge & Bottom together.
If I use other charging bottom, but use BEAR TA patch, can it still work? Will it be in the same charging speed?
It may not be able to work. Other charging bottom may not support 15W wireless charging, so please use
BEAR TA Bridge & Bottom together.
Will the efficiency of my cellphone be affected by wireless charging?
No, your phone will not be affected. Please do not hesitate to use it.
How is the charging speed?
If the battery power in your cellphone is under 60%, BEAR TA 15W wireless charger can charge your phone 1% per minute.
If I only use patch without protection case, can it still work?
Yes, but BEAR TA bridge cannot be hold firmly without protective case.
How do I know whether my cell phone supports wireless charging function?
For now, we only provide the 15W wireless charging solution for i7plus & HTC U Ultra；If there is Qi in your phone (EX: Samsung S6 S7…), you will be able to use wireless charger. If not, you cannot use the wireless charger. We will launch more protective cases for more compatible cellphones in the nearly future.
Can I use my own AC adapter?
BEAR TA wireless charging function is perfect match with our AC adapter; please don’t use your own AC adapter.
Does BEAR TA wireless charger have MFi certification?
BEAR TA wireless charger is under MFi application process. It will not affect your cellphone. Please do not hesitate to use it.
If my phone is SONY type C, can I still use BEAR TA wireless charger?
Yes. However, you will need a protective case. BEAR TA will design more protective cases for more cellphones of the type C. When you have a cellphone of a new type C, you only need to pull down BEAR TA Bridge from old one and put on in your new phone. It still can work.
If my phone is i5 i6 i6s i7, can I still use BEAR TA wireless charger?
Yes, you can. However, you will need a protective case as the protective device. Moreover, the design of the electric current for a cellphone of each brand is different. The state may not be stable while charging. Therefore, we only provide two types of 15W wireless charging for i7 Plus and HTC U Ultra for now.
What’s different between BEAR TA wireless charger and others?
BEAR TA wireless charger is 15W type. If you use BEAR TA Bridge + Bottom, when your battery power is under 60%, BEAR TA
